Bavarian Creme Breve (Hot Drink)1/2 oz Vanilla Syrup Half-and-Half Espresso Whipped Cream Measure out 1/2 oz of Vanilla syrup, 1/2 oz Coffee syrup and and pour in to your favorite mug. Steam half-and-half and fill leaving approximately 3/4" from the top of the mug. Add foamed half-and-half leaving about 1/4" from the top. Pour the espresso (one to two shots, depending on your taste) through the foamed half-and-half. Top with Whipped Cream.
For an added a royal treat, serve with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
