Cafe Au Chocolate (Hot Drink)

3/4 oz Chocolate Syrup

Hot Water

Espresso

Whipped Cream

Chocolate Powder

Measure out 3/4 oz of Chocolate syrup and pour it in to your favorite mug.

Fill the to 1/2 the mug with the hot water.

Add espresso - one to two shots, depending on your taste.

Top with Whipped Cream and sprinkle with Chocolate Powder. This is a nice and light chocolatey drink.

I like to really make it rich and creamy by substituting the Hot Water with steamy, foamed Half and Half. Tastes more like hot chocolate but with a warm hug!
