Creamy Mocha Frosting

2 Tbsp instant coffee powder

2 Tbsp hot milk

1/2 cup butter (softened)

2 cups powdered sugar

1/4 cup cocoa powder

2 Tbsp whipped cream

In large bowl, dissolve 2 Tbsp instant coffee into 2 Tbsp hot milk.

Add 1/2 cup of softened butter, 2 cups powdered sugar and beat on medium to mix.

Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder and 2 Tbsp whipped cream and beat until smooth and creamy.

Now you are ready to give any cake, doughnut or dessert  a wonderful topping. So, next time you have company, keep this in mind for a frosting that is sure to please.
